1. INTRODUCTION

This Shipping Policy ("Policy") governs all orders placed through the Baggage Roll online store and any authorized retail channels. By placing an order with Baggage Roll, you ("Customer") agree to the terms and conditions outlined herein. Baggage Roll reserves the right to amend this Policy at any time without prior notice. Updated policies will be posted on our website and will apply to all orders placed after the effective date of the update.

We are committed to delivering your travel gear in a timely, secure, and professional manner. Please read this Policy carefully before completing your purchase to ensure a clear understanding of our shipping processes, timelines, rates, and guidelines.

2. ORDER PROCESSING

2.1 Processing Timeframe

All orders are subject to a processing period before shipment. Standard order processing takes 1–3 business days from the date of purchase confirmation. Orders placed on weekends, public holidays, or outside of standard business hours (Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM local time) will begin processing on the following business day.

2.2 Order Verification

To protect our customers and prevent fraudulent activity, Baggage Roll may conduct verification checks on orders prior to processing. This may include, but is not limited to, confirmation of billing information, identity verification, and payment authorization. Orders flagged for review may experience processing delays. Baggage Roll will contact the Customer via the email address provided at checkout should additional information be required.

2.3 Order Confirmation

Upon successful placement of an order, the Customer will receive an automated order confirmation email containing the details of the purchase, including item(s) ordered, quantity, price, and estimated processing timeframe. Please ensure that your email address is entered correctly at checkout. Baggage Roll is not responsible for confirmation emails that are not received due to incorrect contact information.

2.4 Order Modifications and Cancellations

Orders may be modified or cancelled only within 24 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet entered the fulfillment stage. To request a modification or cancellation, the Customer must contact our support team immediately at the email or contact form provided on our website. Once an order has been picked, packed, or dispatched, it cannot be modified or cancelled, and the standard return policy will apply.

3. SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

3.1 Domestic Shipping

Baggage Roll ships to all 50 states within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. We also ship to U.S. territories, including Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, and the Northern Mariana Islands. Please note that orders shipped to U.S. territories may experience extended delivery times and may not be eligible for all shipping options.

3.2 International Shipping

Baggage Roll ships internationally to a wide range of countries. Available international destinations are listed at checkout. Please note that international orders are subject to the laws, regulations, and customs requirements of the destination country. Baggage Roll is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing or for any duties, taxes, or brokerage fees assessed by local authorities. These additional charges, if any, are the sole responsibility of the Customer.

3.3 Restricted Destinations

Baggage Roll does not ship to P.O. Boxes for certain oversized items, nor to destinations that are subject to international trade restrictions, embargoes, or where delivery cannot be guaranteed. If you are unsure whether we ship to your location, please contact our customer support team prior to placing your order.

Please note that all delivery timeframes are estimates and are calculated from the date of shipment, not the date of purchase. Baggage Roll cannot guarantee delivery dates and is not liable for delays resulting from carrier disruptions, adverse weather conditions, customs processing, or other unforeseen circumstances.

5. SHIPPING RATES

5.1 Domestic Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order, as well as the selected shipping method. Baggage Roll may periodically offer promotional free shipping thresholds, which will be clearly communicated on our website and at checkout.

5.2 Free Shipping Eligibility

Domestic orders that meet or exceed the current minimum order value threshold as displayed on our website may qualify for complimentary standard shipping. Free shipping promotions apply only to standard shipping within the contiguous United States and cannot be combined with other discount codes or promotions unless expressly stated.

5.3 International Shipping Rates

International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination country, package weight, and dimensions. The Customer is solely responsible for any applicable duties, customs fees, value-added taxes (VAT), or import charges imposed by the destination country. These fees are not included in the shipping rate displayed at checkout and will be collected separately by local authorities or the carrier upon delivery.

6. SHIPMENT TRACKING

6.1 Tracking Information

Upon shipment of your order, Baggage Roll will send a shipping confirmation email to the email address provided at checkout. This email will include a tracking number and a link to the carrier's tracking portal. Tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours to update after the shipment confirmation email is sent.

6.2 Tracking Responsibility

The Customer is responsible for monitoring their shipment using the provided tracking information. Baggage Roll is not responsible for packages that have been marked as "delivered" by the carrier but have not been received. In such instances, the Customer is advised to check with neighbors, building management, or any designated secure parcel locations before contacting our support team.

7. LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

7.1 Lost Packages

If your tracking information has not been updated for more than 5 business days (domestic) or 10 business days (international) after the last recorded status, or if your package has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact Baggage Roll customer support. We will open an investigation with the carrier on your behalf. Resolution timelines vary by carrier but typically take 5–10 business days.

7.2 Stolen Packages

Baggage Roll is not liable for packages confirmed as delivered but subsequently reported as stolen. We strongly recommend selecting a secure delivery address, utilizing parcel lockers, or signing up for carrier delivery alerts to minimize the risk of theft. For high-value orders, we recommend requesting signature confirmation at checkout where available.

7.3 Damaged Packages

If your order arrives in a visibly damaged condition, please adhere to the following procedure:

Photograph the damaged packaging and the product(s) before opening or discarding any materials.

Contact Baggage Roll customer support within 48 hours of delivery.

Provide your order number, a description of the damage, and photographic evidence.

Baggage Roll will assess the claim and, at our discretion, arrange for a replacement, repair, or refund in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy. Claims submitted after the 48-hour window or without supporting documentation may not be eligible for resolution.

8. INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION

The Customer is solely responsible for ensuring that all shipping information entered at checkout is accurate and complete, including the recipient's full name, street address, apartment or suite number (if applicable), city, state or province, postal code, and country.

In the event that a package is returned to Baggage Roll due to an incomplete, incorrect, or undeliverable address provided by the Customer, we will contact the Customer to arrange re-shipment. Re-shipment costs are the sole responsibility of the Customer. Baggage Roll reserves the right to deduct re-shipping fees from any applicable refund if the Customer elects not to proceed with re-shipment.

Baggage Roll is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or losses resulting from inaccurate shipping information provided at the time of purchase.

9. CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES (INTERNATIONAL ORDERS)

International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees levied by the destination country's government. These charges are not included in the price of our products or the shipping fees collected at checkout. Baggage Roll has no control over these charges and cannot predict or estimate their amount, as they vary by country and are subject to change.

By placing an international order, the Customer agrees to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in the destination country and acknowledges responsibility for any and all applicable import charges. Failure to pay customs duties or refusal of delivery may result in the package being abandoned or returned to Baggage Roll, in which case shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

10. SHIPMENT OF MULTIPLE ITEMS

Orders containing multiple items may be fulfilled in a single shipment or in multiple separate shipments, depending on product availability and warehouse location. In the event of multiple shipments, the Customer will receive separate shipping confirmation emails with individual tracking numbers for each parcel. The Customer will not be charged additional shipping fees as a result of Baggage Roll splitting an order into multiple shipments.

11. PEAK SEASON AND HOLIDAY SHIPPING

During periods of high order volume — including but not limited to holiday seasons, promotional sales events, and new product launches — processing and delivery times may be longer than those stated in this Policy. Baggage Roll will endeavor to communicate anticipated delays through our website and marketing communications. We strongly encourage Customers to place orders well in advance of significant dates to allow adequate time for processing and delivery.

12. CARRIER DISCLAIMER

Baggage Roll partners with reputable national and international carriers to fulfill shipments. While we strive to ensure reliable delivery, Baggage Roll is not responsible for delays, disruptions, or losses caused by the carrier once the shipment has been dispatched. In such cases, Baggage Roll will make every reasonable effort to assist the Customer in resolving the matter with the carrier.
